Think on these things!
On this Mind Over Matter Monday take some time think about and focus only on those things that are true, honest, pure, right, admirable, goal driven, lovable, lovely, noble, excellent, awesome, magnificent, fabulous, of abundance … you get the point. This week pay attention to your thoughts and focus ONLY on those thoughts that will speak life. Any thoughts that would speak death, you must annihilate! Get rid of them immediately.
YOUR TURN… on this Mind Over Matter Monday, tell me … how do you refocus and replace your thoughts when you feel those negative inner critics creeping in and taking over? How can you keep your mind focused on positive self affirming thoughts even when things don’t seem to be turning out the way you desire?
