Motivational Minute 282

Today’s Motivational Minute…

“The greatest thing in the world is to know how to be one’s own self.” – Montaigne

If it has been a minute since you have taken some time to re-acquaint yourself with YOU, make time to do so today.  If you have struggled with being what others want you to be, TODAY I say STOP IT!  It’s not their life to live, it’s YOURS!

Remember to thine own self be TRUE, for out of the abundance of the HEART, the mouth SPEAKS… speak life and be true!

Until next time…

This is such an important message. And, as Vernon Howard said, ‘ The voyage of self-discovery is an endlessly enjoyable adventure.’ — as long as we observe ourselves but don’t condemn ourselves. (forgot who said ‘observation without condemnation)

  3. I like to sit and be quiet with myself. No meditating. No humming. No chanting. No clearing my thoughts. I just sit with myself and be myself. It is so beautiful. 🙂 I often take time to listen to my thoughts. I laugh at the strumpets. They play with me.

  4. Love the image you used. Being true to who and what we truly are is an art, skill and one that takes continual development.
